An LLC is a legal entity — you are liable only up to the company's assets, not with all your personal property. It inspires more trust with clients and partners, and at higher profits it can be more tax-efficient too.
It lets you build the company's history under its own name and add a new member or investor at any time.
A notarial deed in electronic form, the founding act, 1 or more directors / members, share capital up to 20 000 Kč (we pay it in for you), a virtual office from our range for 1 year (Prague 2, Prague 3 or Chomutov), IČO assignment and an electronic Commercial Register extract.
No hidden fees.
By law the minimum share capital is 1 Kč per member. Share capital up to 20 000 Kč we pay in for you via a deposit administrator declaration — you do not need to open a bank account.
For greater client trust we recommend a higher amount. When applying for a loan, the bank also assesses the amount of capital.
The law allows it, but a virtual office is much more advantageous — it protects your privacy, the address is more prestigious, and mail is handled professionally.
Our virtual office is included in the LLC price — from 39 Kč/month in Chomutov or 98 Kč/mo in Prague.
A director is the manager — acts on behalf of the company, signs contracts, hires employees and is responsible for the company's operation. If duties are breached, they are liable with their personal property.
A member is the owner — contributed capital, votes at the general meeting and is entitled to a share of profit. One person can hold both roles at once.
